Payment transactions for our services are exclusively accepted under the entities named Saarthibiz Consultancy Services Private Limited. Payments are accepted exclusively through Current Accounts via NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or digital payment platforms such as CashFree, Razorpay, and Kotak bank link. We do not process payments via personal accounts or under any other name.
Refund Policy

At Saarthibiz Consultancy Services Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. In the event that a client decides not to proceed with our services after payment has been made, we offer a transparent refund policy.

If a client requests a refund within 7 (Seven) days of payment and before any services have been rendered, we will initiate the refund process promptly. The refund will be processed within 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of the refund request.

We believe in upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability in all our business dealings, including refund transactions. Our aim is to provide our clients with peace of mind and confidence in their interactions with us.
